Dr. Whitaker,
I found you through a search regarding diabetes and can independently echo your call for eliminating this scourge through diet changes and weight loss. After being diagnosed with diabetes I was prescribed medicine to deal with diabetes, blood pressure and cholesterol. In three months, I dropped 30 pounds and saw my A1C drop from 7.8 down to 6.3. When my prescriptions ran out, I decided not to renew them and in the subsequent two months I have lost an additional 15 pounds and my A1C is now 5.8. My cholesterol and blood pressure levels are also very satisfactory and my doctor is quite impressed.
Now I will begin taking vitamin E!
